Subscription Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The IPTV service did not function as expected, and we were unable to resolve the issue.

  • You contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

  • You provide valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or transaction confirmation).

  • The issue must not be caused by third-party factors such as your internet connection, unsupported devices, or VPN use.

⚠️ Free trials, test lines, and short-term packages (less than 1 month) are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted for the following:

  • Downloadable products

  • Gift cards or promotional codes

  • Trial or promotional accounts

  • Subscriptions older than 14 days

  • Accounts blocked due to misuse (sharing, reselling, abuse, etc.)

Exchanges

As IPTV is a digital service, exchanges are only possible if a technical issue prevents normal usage. In such cases, we may:

  • Resolve the issue through support,

  • Provide a replacement playlist or panel,

  • Extend your subscription if the issue is on our end.

Processing Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.

If your refund is delayed:

  1. Recheck your payment account or card statement.

  2. Contact your payment provider or bank.

  3. If unresolved, email us at support@smartoneiptv.pro for assistance.

Canceling a Subscription

You can cancel your auto-renewal anytime by contacting us before your next billing date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days of service.
